Dr. Alpert, originally from Boston, earned his BS in Neuroscience and Biology from Brandeis University and his DMD from Tufts University. After completing a residency in Hartford, CT, he practiced in Philadelphia and Wilmington before settling in Gainesville with his wife, Pooja. He has advanced training in areas like implant dentistry, oral surgery, clear aligners, Botox, and sleep apnea treatment.

A proud graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry, Dr. Tejera is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. She is an active member of the Florida Dental Association, the Alachua County Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and she stays at the forefront of her field through continuous education and training in the latest techniques and technologies.
